My name is Kirk, but online i'm better know as IvanTheTolerable. I'm a vintage computer fan, and part time hoarder. Although I started off collection with game systems it quickly transformed into terminals and computers.

I work in IT and have always been amazed with vintage computers. When I am not tinkering with vintage comoputers and building strange contracptions I am rebuilding and restoring vintage keyboards. Currently, my daily driver at home is an IBM PC XT keyboard and at work I have an IBM 5251.

Some of my coolest projects have been creating wireless RS232 modems inside 56k modem cases for my vintage 70s computers to access the internet and TELNET into my local server to browse the internet. Over the years I have created a lot of strange projects and collected a lot of strange computers and keyboards. The purpose of this site, aside from being a neat way to use my vintage systems, is to hoepfully share my love and collection with others.

I also have two cats who like to watch and help out sometimes
